Since the closing of Spoon, Lindenhurst has been long overdue for a locally owned coffee shop in the heart of town! I tried two of their lattes on my most recent trip home to Lindy: the Nuts for Nuts and the Purple Bee - both of which I enjoyed and would order again! They happily made my drink in my reusable to-go cup, and they also have real mugs and cups for those who dine-in. I like that Muni's carries local items, such as Island Booch kombucha, and that not only do they provide compostable straws, but they also sell metal ones! Muni's is conveniently located south of almost all major highways, making it easy to stop for that morning cup of coffee on your way into work. The interior is beautifully decorated and clean, and the staff is friendly. The front windows bring in plenty of natural light, under which you'll find a long bar-table, and with free wi-fi, Muni's seems like a relaxing atmosphere for getting some remote work done. Though I no longer live locally, I do intend to patronize Muni's whenever I'm in the area!

One of the nicer coffee shops around. Friendly staff. Many options. Can add some plantbased options to the menu!

Very nice coffee shop that adds to the neighborhood. Really clean and nice inside with all kind of small bites available as well. Support a local business and head on over.

I love Muni’s ! <3 I live super local so I always stop by on my daily walk! Highly recommended the girls behind the counter are so sweet. I always see the owner behind the counter working so hard to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Delicious coffee, macaroons, and the Brie/Turkey/fig sandwich was fantastic! Very friendly staff and great atmosphere with local artist work displayed along with lots of local business cards supporting other local businesses! Awesome joint!

Community ❤️ this coffee shop does so much for the local community not particularly with wads of cash but inspiration, projects , and ways to keep everyone connected (ie post it board, pay forward ) lattes r honestly so amazing , this is a STAND out shop well worth a few min trip off 27 . Thank you for putting people first always 🥰

I never write reviews unless I’m truly impressed with a place. Needless to say, I am glad Muni’s was recommended to me by my friends and have enjoyed this cafe time and time again! Great food (love the vegan options), friendly service, tasty coffee and a relaxing vibe. Love the toys for kids and the book selection. This place has it all!

*Not a coffee drinker so this won’t be a coffee review. Very friendly and quiet local coffee shop. Ordered a iced coffee with hazelnut creamer. Delicious. Pleasant place to just sit and vibe. Amazing prices! Way better then Starbucks. A lot of coffee for the money. Will come back. Nice little selection of treats and snacks. Everything from egg sandwiches to muffins. Yum ! Very clean and nicely decorated.

One of my absolute favorite coffee shops on the island. I frequent often. The coffee is always fantastic, the cozy atmosphere is perfect to read a book, journal or hang with friends. For a treat the cheese danish is my absolute favorite!

This is my favorite thing to eat here—so good! Everything they serve, food and drinks, is always on point. Emily’s my favorite—she’s super sweet, really chill, and makes awesome drinks too :)
